| 2. Discussion of Illegal Subject Matter Kamidogu carries a strict policy in regards to the discussion of illegal subjects. Those found to be actively engaging in conversation about illicit drugs, piracy, rape or any other controversial subject will find themselves banned immediately and without warning. Back to top |
| 3. Multiple Accounts At no time should a single user have more than one username. If you would like to have your name changed, or have forgotten the password to your account, please send a private message to one of the site's staff members listed on the Contact Us page under the Site menu. | 4. Valid E-Mail Address Please supply us with a valid e-mail address should we need to contact you for any reason. If you are not receiving notifications from the forums, such as any updates from a topic you are watching, please ensure the e-mail address in your profile is correct. Back to top |
| 5. Correct Grammar To increase the readability of your posts, please refrain from speaking in languages other than English. Users must also not use all caps in their messages, alternate between caps and lower case, or speak in any other form that may make your post unreadable. Posts that breach these terms may be deleted without warning or may attract negative karma. Back to top |
| 6. Double Posting If you decide you would like to add something further to a post you have already made, please use the Edit button to the top right of your entry. Do not under any circumstances hit the Reply button and begin a new message, as this may attract negative karma. Back to top |
| 7. Post In The Right Place Before making a post on our forums, please ensure that you are doing so in the correct forum. If you have accidentally created a topic in the wrong area, please Edit your post and acknowledge your mistake or contact a moderator who will move it for you. Back to top |
| 8. Word Censor While our forums have a fairly relaxed environment, there are still some words that are not acceptable to use. Should you make a post with a word deemed illegal, the word censor will automatically edit the word with a sequence of asterisks. This is in place for a reason, and anyone found bypassing the censor will attract negative karma. Back to top |
| 9. Spam If you are going to respond to a topic on the forums, please make your post constructive. Making one or two word posts may be considered spam, unless deemed acceptable to do so (such as in the Wastelands). Off-topic or pointless posts that do not contribute to the topic in any way may also attract negative karma. Back to top |
| 10. Signatures Like avatars, signatures are attached to the bottom of every post you make, and usually consist of images and/or text. When viewing topics with multiple posts this will force every user to load a large amount of data. As such, we ask that your signatures remain of a sensible size, with a maximum total width of 650 pixels and total height of 350 pixels. In addition to these size restrictions, please keep the total size of your signature below 300 KB. Back to top |
| 11. Pornography/Nudity Posting images, video or links to sites pertaining to explicit sexual acts is strictly forbidden from our forums. Back to top |
| 12. Flaming As with any institution that brings together a diverse array of people, there is bound to be conflict due to differing perspectives and views. Should you feel the need to argue about a topic, please keep it civil. Action will be taken against anyone purposefully insulting or attacking other members in their posts. Back to top |
| 13. Staff Actions From time to time, a staff member may have to step in and hand out warnings, negative karma, or a more serious punishment such as a banning. If you feel you have been treated unfairly or have a comment or question, please contact a staff member via PM or email about it. Publicly flaming, bating, or harassing a staff member may yield unfavourable results for you and anyone else involved. This also causes a thread to go off-topic, which is also a karma-worthy offence and will more than likely lead to the topic getting locked, as well. Back to top |
