Definitely one of my favorite covers to one of my favorite games. I just always loved looking at it.

King Of Fighters XII

I still have never played this game but I love both cover arts on each system.

Capcom Vs. SNK 2(European Cover)

Now I really wish the American Cover Art could've been like this. I mean it looks pretty badass.

Persona 3: FES(Japanese Cover)

Again I wish the US cover would've looked like this. It actually features all the main characters on it.

F.E.A.R. 2

Now I never actually played any of the F.E.A.R. games but I love this cover for some reason. I actually do hope I get the chance to play it some day.

Pokemon Heart Gold/Soul Silver

I don't really have to say anything. They're just really nice.

Onimusha: Dawn Of Dream(European Cover)

I never played Onimusha but I love this fucking cover.


Bad Cover Art

Now I love the series and I do wanna play GOW 3 in the future.... but I seriously think this is the worse cover of the series. It's just lazy in my opinion, all they did was zoom in on his face. They couldn't have came up with something better?

Megaman 1

Yeah... does anything that's going on in this cover even happen in the game?

Yeah he looks like the fucking tinman. :CEE:

Devil May Cry 3(European Cover)

I always found the color scheme for this cover to be odd and over saturated.

I dunno what was Namco smoking when they made this cover.

I don't even know why was this game even made or even thought of.

I was gonna say the Mega Man ones too, but Steve beat me to it. But now I wanna defend the MM2 cover, lol. Unlike the MM1 cover, 2 DID have things related to the game. Quick Man, Crash Man, and Dr. Light were all in it in grown man form. The only weird thing was....it looked like Dr. Light was telling Crash Man to attack Mega Man. Dr Light would NEVER do that.. Dr. Wily is the one who should be doing that

Early Mega Man is clearly some of the worst cover art I've ever seen.

Here's an example of some good art, though:


The game, while not as good as the original game on the PSX, was still a lot of fun and I liked the art style.

And for bad:

Why would they use so much green for a DragonballZ game?

I really hated the NA cover, it sucked compared to this one. One of the few reasons I got the Deluxe Edition is because it had this cover on the box, even though the actual case had the NA piece of crap cover.

I understand about the 'lazy' but KHII was just as good as the first IMHO. It just didn't blast the first outta the water, like it was hyped up to do.

Not to me, KHII is not as good as the first one. The story was weaker and it didn't have that charm that it had in the first one. Gameplay wise though, it was definitely a step up, only bad part was that it was too easy.

Haven't posted anything in a while. But here's the cover for the PS2 version of my favorite Street Fighter game. Third Strike.



Not very good quality, I couldn't find a better image but it is a bitchin cover. I kinda wish I had this version just for the cover and for being close to the Dreamcast version. But sadly its only in Japan... WHHHYYY
