I'm going to the theater today, she's in a play so I have to be there.
Right on! Is it a well known show? I don't go often, but I enjoy a good play.
I don't know much about famous shows but the play name is "Mamma Mia", it's a musical, it was an awesome show!. She's on stage almost all the time, I was just hoping she doesn't had to kiss anyone in the play, fortunately, that didn't happen.

Good on you, little brother. Blogs are a great hobby. I used to keep one years ago but eventually got too busy with other things and quit.
I had a really nice weekend trip to Sydney. It's a magical city. My body is all busted up from walking so much but it was worth it. Just over two weeks left in paradise for me.
I may be sick but I will enjoy this Pokemon TCG tourney with my friends. Getting the newest released cards for just $25 (^_^)
EDIT: About to start my first match. The guy next to me is a famous youtuber on Pokemon TCG. The guy further down has a manly stache and Pikachu shirt and my opponent in front of me is pretty cute.

Was driving down this little road earlier (not really that little but with cars constantly parked on both sides, it seems small) I'm about to turn to go down it when flying up the middle of this road is some asshole reversing a pick up truck right at the corner, if he was a little further up he'd have went flying into me.
Okay, so, the schedule that i have written down says I'm supposed to work from 9 to 6 today. I get there, try to clock in, and it says i'm not scheduled. I'm like 'WTF' so I go speak to the personnel lady. She checks my schedule and says that I've got today off. I'm still like 'Okay, WTF' so I leave. Stepmother isn't happy, and proceeds to (again) rub my mistake in my face: I forgot to stay on top of the schedule. I go to the college to see about financial aid, and apparently, I haven't registered for the selective service act. This only adds to my 'WTF' mood, so I leave, and go home. My gas gauge is teetering on 'E', and my gas light is on. I have no money. So, I get home (luckiily) and check my schedule. Apparently, I was supposed to work YESTERDAY. WHAT. THE. HELL. I'm pissed, and everything, cussing at myself... when I realize another employee asked to switch shifts one day. I agree, but my CSM (supervisor of sorts) says 'No, don't worry about it, you'll just follow your schedule. It's not going to change.' I'm like, "okay, cool. whatever." This was a few days ago.
So, what now?!? I can't afford to lose this job. I was told that I wouldn't work that day, and that my schedule would be unchanged.
@ Sword...call your boss. Don't make excuses, but tell him how the mix up happened. So long as the boss knows it was an accident, and that you're still interested in holding your position, he'll probably give you a break this time. Worth a shot anyway, and he'll be impressed that you're handling it responsibly rather than being a no call no show.

Hehe. Fall semester is right around the corner. Time to master special needs and sign language courses.
I know sign language. It's quite fun. My Dad was almost completely deaf towards the end of his life. It can really come in handy, so good for you for learning : )
