Dead or Alive is really fantastic game and ever played like that

^ We don't exactly know for sure if any of those characters will be in the game, since this was just a cinematic trailer, but i guess it'd be safe to assume they are in anyway :zzz: I wonder if this video confirms Alpha only as the boss of the game, or as a playable character...It'd be pretty sweet as long as she isn't extremely cheap. Either way, I'm looking forward to playing a huge majority of the cast so far, especially since they are all new to me. (never played a DOA, but I'm hype either way) If the roster is everyone revealed so far + everyone in that trailer, I'd be content =)

Edit 2: Launch Trailer for the game and the game has been confirmed for digital release for both XBL and PSN. PSN version will be out on the console release date, and XBL version at a later point in time.

The only reason I ever played these games for was the big bouncing boobs.
paying money for a fighting game that takes up memory space for your system and is a waste of money if you buy it for something you are going to look at for 10-15 minutes, then never play again until you feel the need to rub one out again instead of watching free explicit videos on the internet featuring actual women.

@Pac, DOA doesn't have anything "outrageous" and "flashy/exciting" as Marvel or Street Fighter, which is why it may look like a lifeless game. It's just a 3D fighting game with ninjas and other stuffs. In DOA5, there's stuff like Cliff-Hangers and crazywtfdidujustgetshotoutofaclownsnose stage interactions, but thats it. If you want a somewhat realistic (somewhat because ninjas and teleporting and jiggle-factor) fighting game, with some replay vaule (theres a Survival Mode, Arcade, Time Attack, and a Tag Mode, which unlocks outfits for characters), then give this game a shot. It ain't half bad really.

Well, that escalated quickly. Let's all cool it. Sad to see a flame war get started over something as petty as pixelated breasts.
Never played anything in the DOA series, I was always more of an MK/SC person with the occasional SF/Tekken and I dabbled in Virtua Fighter when I was younger but DOA was a series I mainly overlooked. I've seen this one getting rave reviews though and it has the potential to be great competitively since people like Perfect Legend are getting behind it. Hopefully I can get it someday when I stop being poor.
I haven't played much DOA in my day, but I am a fan of Team Ninja's work. No, they are not the best at plot lines, but the game play has impressed me on many of their games (Ninja Gaiden is a prime example). DOA is very good at being what it was designed for: a beautiful and fun fighting game. I am willing to look over the story. I mean, look at SCV. The story is a joke, so much so that it is hilarious.
