This arena lies in the Highlands of Outworld. The portal spins like a hurricane on its side with lightning striking in the centre. This gateway is very unstable and unpredictable. Druids stand guard as watchers. |

The Prison was where kombatants did battle during the events of Mortal Kombat 4 and Mortal Kombat Gold. Automated robots hovered throughout the area fitted with searchlights, scanning for any signs of intruders. A giant spinning fan garnished the rear wall which many kombatants made use of, tearing their opponent into pieces. |

Puzzle Kombat is a mini-game featured in Mortal Kombat Deception and Ultimate Mortal Kombat for the Nintendo DS. In Puzzle Kombat, cartoonish representations of Mortal Kombat fighters 'do battle' in a Tetris-styled game. To keep the screen from filling up with blocks and thusly losing the game, the player must stack like colours and use breakers or bombs to earn points and get rid of blocks. Each fighter has a special ability that can ultimately turn the tables on gameplay, and comical renditions of stage fatalities are performed on the loser of a match. |

This pyramid was built by Argus to house Blaze until one of Argus' sons had fallen. The victorious son, whether it Taven or Daegon, was to then scale the pyramid and face off against Blaze to attempt to stop Armageddon. |
