Even more information uncovered this week with IGN unveiling a new trailer for our number one Saurian, Reptile! Sorry Khameleon, you came in second.

In the trailer, we get to see even more tasty Mortal Kombat X gameplay as the Shaolin Monk, Kung Lao, seems to have developed a quarrel with Reptile’s desire to tear his flesh.

The fight takes place in The Kove, as Reptile utilizes many memorable attack such as the Force Ball, Acid Spit and Invisibility. For the first time, we also see Reptile utilize his tongue during combat. Game of Thrones fans might be happy to see Reptile borrow a few moves from The Mountain in his newly revealed X-ray and Fatality.

Stay tuned as later in the week we will be announcing another character following the big reveal during NetherRealm Studios’ livestream on Twitch this Thursday!

Mortal Kombat X will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 when it launches on April 14, 2015.

Proud Canadian Mortal Kombat fan since its release on the SNES, and a part of the kommunity since 2005. Interests include gaming, movies, fishing, singing, futurism and being a dad. Bad habits include talking too much whenever anyone brings up gaming in the future tense.
