NetherRealm Studios this morning unleashed the sixth season of Invasions subtitled The Reptile, which is focused around the Zaterran warrior Reptile.
Season 6 includes new challenges, story elements, boss battles and rewards, including skins for the majority of the main roster based around its theme.
A minor update to the mode includes the ability to change your direction of travel while moving between nodes, a point of contention for many, especially when covering large distances. Season 6: The Reptile is available now until July 23.
In addition, Homelander joins the main Mortal Kombat 1 roster via early access for Kombat Pack owners, followed by wide availability from June 11. With Homelander officially available, only Ferra remains to round out the Kameo roster later this month. Once this season of Invasions draws to a close, we can expect further news regarding the final kombatant from Kombat Pack 1, Takeda Takahashi.
