With just over one week until Aftermath drops for Mortal Kombat 11, NetherRealm Studios have released a trailer highlighting some of the expansion’s Friendships.

Available as part of the update’s free offerings, Friendships join Stage Fatalities in expanding the title’s finishing moves beyond Fatalities and Brutalities. Playing out to Smash Mouth’s late 90s hit “Why Can’t We Be Friends?” the trailer features the reimagining of some classics along with numerous creative improvements. Aside from Mileena’s cameo in Kitana’s hand-clapping Friendship, Jax has by far stolen the limelight with his impression of Sergey Stepanov, better known as “Epic Sax Guy” from Moldova’s 2010 Eurovision entry.

Availability for Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath begins on May 26. The expansion will be made available digitally worldwide in a number of editions, with a physical release exclusive to North America dropping sometime in June.
